A white-label AI study workflow your faculty or programme can ship to students in under five minutes — under the institution's brand, on the institution's domain, isolated per tenant. EU-hosted, multilingual, GDPR-compliant.
Higher-education students study with AI whether the institution provides a sanctioned platform or not. They paste course PDFs into ChatGPT, ask for summaries, and produce exam-prep questions of unknown quality. The institution has no visibility into what they are studying, no control over the structure, no data-protection posture and no guarantee on the pedagogy. StudyFlow gives a faculty, department or programme an alternative: a white-label AI study workflow under the institution's brand on a custom subdomain. Students upload their actual course material; the workflow produces chapter summaries that separate load-bearing main topics from supporting context, Bloom's-taxonomy-tagged exam questions weighted toward apply, analyse and evaluate, a study plan keyed to the exam date, and post-session mini-exams that interleave prior chapters. Generation runs natively in nine languages, EU-only data residency by default, and the institution's brand is on every screen — no "powered by" attribution. Provisioning takes under five minutes; pricing starts at €59/month for 25 student seats.
A single department or degree programme provisions a tenant with the department's branding. Faculty or TAs upload course materials; students get an AI study layer for the duration of the semester under the institution's brand.
Short-form intensive programmes (one to twelve weeks) benefit from the exam-date-aware plan and the readiness dashboard — programme directors get visibility into cohort readiness before assessment day.
Multilingual native generation supports students studying in their first language while building academic vocabulary in the host language. Useful for institutions with substantial international cohorts.
Invite-code cohorts let teaching assistants run tutorial-section study groups with shared courses, group quiz scoring and rolled-up readiness for the seminar leader.
Upload case material and pedagogical readings; generation produces Bloom's-tagged exam questions and discussion prompts that interleave across cases — useful for case-method MBA and executive-education programmes.
Online programmes without in-person retention practice particularly benefit from spaced-repetition mini-exams and the readiness dashboard, which surface the lack of trainee engagement weeks before assessment day.
Higher-education institutions in Europe routinely have data-protection officers who must sign off on any external tool that processes student data. StudyFlow's posture is built for that conversation. The entire data path is EU-only in normal operation: Supabase EU for application data and storage, Fly.io Brussels for the API, Vercel EU for the marketing site. No US data transfer. Anthropic's Claude API terms contractually exclude customer prompts and completions from model training, and StudyFlow itself does not train any models on customer content. Each tenant is fully isolated — separate user pool, separate AI-token pool, separate Stripe billing, row-level-security policies enforcing per-tenant and per-user isolation at the database level. Uploaded source materials sit in a private storage bucket with paths scoped per tenant and per user; the frontend has no direct read access. Onboarding includes a GDPR-aware consent step for role, education level and analytics preferences. After cancellation the tenant is suspended immediately, with a 90-day grace window before all tenant data is permanently deleted.
Self-service provisioning. €59/month for 25 student seats (Starter) or €199/month for 100 seats (Business). Pay via Stripe; branded space live in under five minutes. Annual billing at the equivalent of ten monthly payments — two months free.
